2022 MUST! Charities Executive Board

MUST! Charities Innovative New Executive Board to Lead the Organization to Greater Impacts

MUST! Charities is poised to create significant impact in 2022 as the new Executive Board sets it sights on sustainable and robust growth that will expand critical services provided to the northern San Luis Obispo region.

Paso Robles, California—With ambitions to create an even bigger impact locally and build upon past successes, the newly elected 2022 Executive Board welcomes back five veterans and introduces four new board members:

  • Jenny Barton, Barton Family Wines (new)
  • Mike Bickel, RPS Holdings (returning)
  • Paloma Bilson, Dilecta Wines (new)
  • Greg Gregory, Silicon Valley Bank (new)
  • Kelli Law, Law Estate Wines (returning)
  • Andy Niner, Niner Wine Estates (returning)
  • Rob Osterbauer, Rabo AgriFinance (returning after hiatus)
  • Stephen Silva, EB Wakeman (new)
  • Justin Smith, Saxum (returning)

MUST! Charities’ Executive Board guides long-term sustainable transformation in the region by collaborating with organizations who are already serving the greatest community needs.  Through an extensive vetting process, organizations are identified who serve those needs and can demonstrate increased capacity if investments to infrastructure and into projects are made.

Last year alone, MUST! Charities invested $905,000 in community projects and committed an additional $353,000. This methodical and intentional strategy has guided growth and the ambitions of this new Executive Board, knows no bounds to future transformation.

“We benefit from a legacy of innovators and forward-thinkers,” says Becky Gray, Executive Director of Must! Charities. “And we are poised to build upon that legacy with an Executive Board that has diverse backgrounds and expertise, yet all share an enthusiasm to move the need on social issues.”

In 2012, a group of friends had a vision: if each could give a little, then collectively they could give big and in a more meaningful way. That group of friends and those principles became the foundation for MUST! Charities.

That belief continues today.  100% of Community Giving goes directly into these project collaborations, thanks to our Executive Board and a few friends who pay all of our operating costs.
