Must! charities has invested its millionth dollar in supporting local youth-based organizations, according to a news release.
Since 2012 the organization has committed more than $1 million toward helping children in San Luis Obispo County.
Must! charities works with existing nonprofit organizations to “evoke major change resulting in sustainable programs.”
The organization is dedicated to improving the quality of life in San Luis Obispo County and has worked with groups such as CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Boys & Girls Club and the Food Bank Coalition.
Must! charities’ programs have affected nearly 20,000 children in need, the news release said.
